COMPOSITION:
Each 100 gm contain:
Lincomycin HCL 47.0 Gm Equivalent to Lincomycin base 40.0 Gm.
Excipients up to 100 Gm.
MODE OF ACTION:
Lincomycin inhibits protein synthesis in susceptible bacteria by binding to the 50 S subunits of bacterial ribosomes and preventing peptide bond formation upon transcription. It is usually considered bacteriostatic, but may be bactericidal in high concentrations or when used against highly susceptible organisms.
ANTIMICROBIAL SPECTRUM:
Act against Gram +ve bacteria.
PROPERTIES:
Lincomycin is bactericidal agent belongs to the macrolides.
Active against gram +ve bacteria.
Lincomycin is rapidly absorbed from the GIT following oral administration and widely distributed into most tissues, including respiratory tract, soft tissue, bones, and joints.
Lincomycin is excreted through urine and bile.
Lincozan effect on a wide range of Gram-positive bacteria such as Species of Staph, Strept, Coryne, Clostridia and Listeria and Mycoplasma( M.gallisepticum, M. synoviae, M. meleagridis).
Lincozan indicated in the control of necrotic enteritis in chickens caused by susceptible organisms, such as Clostridium perfringens.
Lincozan for medicated feed is indicated for increased weight gain, feed efficiency in broiler chickens and control of necrotic enteritis.

Chickens & Turkeys.
INDICATIONS:
Lincozan used for the control , treatment of CRD caused by either Mycoplasma synoviae or Mycoplasma gallisepticum.
Lincozan used for the treatment of Clostridia infection.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For the treatment of CRD 1 Gm/ 1 liter drinking water for 3:5 days .
For the treatment of necrotic enteritis 1 gm / 1 liter drinking water for 7 days .
WARNING& PRECAUTIONS:
Keep out of reach of children.
For veterinary use only .To be used by Veterinary Prescription Order.
Restricted dose must be followed .
The medicated drinking water should be prepared fresh daily.
During treatment use the medicated water as only source for drinking.
The drinking fountains have to be cleaned and disinfected in order to prevent reinfections .
Eggs produced during medication should not be used for human consumption.

Store in dark place, away from direct sunlight under dry conditions at or below 25°C.
