COMPOSITION:

Each 500 Gm contains:

• Maduramycin 5 Gm (as Maduramicin ammonium)

• Excipient up to 500 Gm

MODE OF ACTION:

Maduramicin is a monovalent glycoside polyether ionophore antibiotic, It induces an anticoccidial effect on the asexual forms (sporozoites, merozoites and falciform bodies) of the endogenous development of coccidia (Eimeria tenella, E.acervulina, E.mivati, E.brunetti, E.maxima, E.necatrix) in poultry by disturbing the transport of monovalent ,Ions (Na and k) across the cell membrane of coccidia exhausting The sodium / potassium pump for energy generation, this disruption of essential nutrient transport causes the death of the parasite.

It is incompatible with tiamulin.

ANTICOCCIDIAL SPECTRUM:

Eimeria acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. mitis, E. necatrix and E. tenella.

PROPERTIES:

• Maduramicin is an ionophore anticoccidial.

• Active during early Stages of the coccidian life cycle.

• Its activity occurs in the development of the sporozoites and the early first generation schizonts.

• Powerful anticoccidial at low levels in the feed (5 PPM).

• Very safe product in various species of birds even if used for long period of time.

• MADRIX can be used in combination with other anticoccidial products for rotation or shuttle programs in preventing or controlling coccidiosis.

• MADRIX It allows the development of immunity in the chickens.

• Efficiently acts against coccidiosis caused by E. acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima,E.mitis, E.mivati, E. necatrix and E. tenella.

poultry and turkeys.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR ADMINISTRATION:

Use MADRIX 0.5 Kg / metric ton feed (maduramicin 5 PPM)

MIXING DIRECTIONS:

It is recommended that a premix be made from MADRIX before final mixing. It is suggested to premix 500 grams of MADRIX with 20-50 kg of a feed ingredient (or vitamin-mineral mixture) before incorporating in the feed.
